30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our Pro and Business subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your new subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a Pro or Business plan only, and is limited to one refund per customer.
No Partial Refunds for Unused Credits
Our billing periods are structured to provide you with predictable costs and uninterrupted service. For this reason, we do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time or features within an active billing period. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period, but no pro-rated refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our billing team at billing@zeus1.app with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]".
- Provide Details: Include your full name, account email address, and the date of your subscription purchase. Briefly explain the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
- Verification: Our team will verify your eligibility within 2–3 business days. You may be asked to confirm your identity for security purposes.
- Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only available for new subscriptions within the first 30 days. Renewals and add-on purchases are non-refundable.
- If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), refunds must be handled through that platform.
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
