Disclosures: Zeus is operated by a small team and has not yet appointed a formal Data Protection Officer under GDPR Art. 37 (we do not meet the size / processing thresholds that mandate one). Once we do, we will list the DPO here. Likewise we have not yet appointed an EU Art. 27 representative; until that is in place, EU residents whose data we process may exercise their rights by emailing the privacy address above and we will respond within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Additional Information for California Residents (CCPA)

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold. We do not sell personal information. You may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected in the past 12 months, and request deletion of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
